Adobe Reader Install Issues

Adobe Acrobat Reader DC should now be reinstalled on machines, and running as expected.

If you still don’t seem to have Adobe installed on your device, please try restarting and checking again.

If after a restart you can’t find it, or experience any issues, please raise a ticket on the Service Desk or e-mail your issue through to servicedesk@intoglobal.com

As a result of an update that was pushed out yesterday, some users are reporting that Adobe Acrobat Reader DC is either missing or non-functional.

For anyone who needs to read PDFs in the meantime, you can view these from your web browser. Simply right-click the PDF > Open With > Google Chome/Edge/Firefox.
